Triangle Orthodontics was initially established as an orthodontic office. However, we soon realized that patients with braces often needed other dental services and it was difficult to coordinate with a general dentist, especially when some urgent work was needed. Besides, some patients did not have a general dentist. This led us to start a line of general dentistry for our orthodontic patients, their families, and friends.

We now are a fully established orthodontic and general practice.

We offer the following:
ORTHODONTICS FOR  ADULTS AND CHILDREN:

  1. Traditional metal and clear braces
  2. Invisalign
  3. Traditional and clear retainers
  4. TMJ splints (fixed and removable)
  5. Night guards (fixed and removable)
  6. Habit-breaking appliances (fixed and removable)
  7. Uprighting devices to open up spaces for a bridge or an implant
  8. Palatal expander not Palatial Eexpander

NATURE OF MALOCCLUSION:

The malocclusion resulting from a skeletal (jaw) issue is usually addressed earlier, roughly from seven to nine years of age. The malocclusion due to tooth size-arch length discrepancy can be treated a little later, around age ten or later. There is no upper age limit for this treatment. As long as the teeth and the supporting structures are healthy, adults can have braces at any age. We have successfully treated patients in their sixties and seventies.

Although it is easier and quicker to treat patients at a younger age, it is not uncommon to have equally good outcomes at a later age. However, patient compliance is an important determinant of success.

COMPLIANCE, POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND MOTIVATION ARE HUGE FACTORS IN THE SUCCESS OF ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT.

WE OFFER:

  1.  Traditional metal and clear braces
  2.  Invisalign
  3.  Traditional and clear retainers
  4.  TMJ splints (fixed and removable)
  5.  Night guards (fixed and removable)
  6.  Habit-breaking appliances (fixed and removable)
  7.  Uprighting devices to open up spaces for a bridge or an implant
  8.  PalatialEexpanders and space maintainers

IMPLANTS:

Implants are a smart way to replace missing teeth. There are many advantages to replacing missing teeth with implants compared to replacing them with bridges.

  1. Implants are permanent; they don’t need to be replaced like most bridges after several years.
  2. Adjacent teeth do not need to be ground for abutments (support).
  3. Most insurance companies now cover them in their plans.
  4. We offer these services here.

ROOT CANALS:

We offer root canal treatments for dental problems where the decay has reached the vital part of the tooth.

FILLINGS:

Cosmetic filling materials have evolved to very superior standards. Besides matching color almost to perfection, we also fill cavities with a highly insulating material called the glass ionomer. This material helps prevent sensitivity in deep cavities and retards further decay.

CROWN AND BRIDGE:

Crowns come in different varieties.

The most commonly used ones are the porcelain crowns. However, in cases where aesthetics are not so important, like the teeth at the back of the mouth, it’s preferable to have a gold crown because less tooth structure needs to be cut for them.

MINOR ORAL SURGERY:

  1. Extractions of simple and partially complicated teeth, except impacted wisdom teeth and not wisdom teeth
  2. Periodontal surgical procedures
  3. Impacted teeth exposures
  4. Frenectomies/Frenoplasty

TEETH WHITENING:

We offer a variety of teeth whitening options to suit every need.
